School Tours

This day next week we will have our school tours. We have a lovely day planned for all the pupils.
Here are the details:
Junior Tour
Infants-3rd class
Eyrecourt NS will be transformed into an activity centre for the day. We will have a bouncy obstacle course and we will have some animal visitors in between the activities!
Cost: €10
Bring: Good lunch and a little treat.
Wear: School tracksuit, shorts and good socks for the bouncy castle!
Don't forget: Sunscreen if it's sunny, rain jacket if it's rainy!
School begins as usual at 9:20am, infants will go home at 2pm and other classes home at 3pm.
Senior Tour
4th, 5th, 6th class
The senior classes will canoe down the Shannon!
Time: 9:45am
Where: Meelick Pier
Cost: €25
Wear: Swimming togs under baggy warm clothes or a towel robe
Bring: Old runners, towel, a big lunch
The canoeing lesson will be provided by Birr Outdoor Adventure Centre. All the pupils will be provided with a full wetsuit and all the canoeing gear. The class will be split into two groups and there will be instructors with each group. Ms Conroy and Ms Kelly will be helping me supervise. If any child is apprehensive, just let me know. Children will be supported at their level and the focus is on enjoyment.
Collection time: 1:30pm
